Traderjolene’s Dreamy Chocolate Coconut Mug Cake

Ingredients:
3 Tbs Flour
3 Tbs Sugar
2 Tbs Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of salt
Drizzle of Vanilla bean paste/or extract
5 Tbs of @plantfolkfoods coconut creamer
2 Tbs Coconut Oil
Handful of Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a mug and then fold the wet ingredients into the mug
Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
Top with sprinkles and powdered sugar! Or use fresh fruit or Ice cream. Or Coconut flakes and pecans.
Whatever toppings you have around the house is perfect.
