- 1 Stalk or Large Bag/Bunch of Fresh Brussels Sprouts
- 1 lb Spicy Italian Sausage
- 1 Big mixed potatoes purple, red, white (small round)
- Salt & Pepper
- Pepper
- 1 tsp Trader Joes Ground Fermented Garlic also located in the produce section of any specialty supermarket
- 2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbs Honey
- Balsamic Glaze for the drizzle at the end
