Sheet Pan Meal With Brussels Sprouts-Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 Stalk or Large Bag/Bunch of Fresh Brussels Sprouts

1 lb Spicy Italian Sausage

1 tsp Trader Joes Ground Fermented Garlic
*also located in the produce section of any specialty supermarket

2 Tbs Dijon Mustard

2 Tbs Honey

Salt & Pepper

Balsamic Glaze for the drizzle at the end

Directions
Peel and trim the Brussels sprouts, removing any dead edges. Cut in half.
Wash and dry thoroughly the potatoes
Mix all the following ingredients in a bowl
Cook the sausage until cooked through
Preheat the over to 375*
Put the potatoes and Brussels sprouts on a sheet pan and mix all the ingredients together. Be sure to put in a single layer
Bake until the sprouts and potatoes are crispy and tender (about 25 mins)

  • 1 Big mixed potatoes purple, red, white (small round)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Trader Joes Ground Fermented Garlic also located in the produce section of any specialty supermarket
  • 2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • Balsamic Glaze for the drizzle at the end

Instructions
