Peel and trim the Brussels sprouts, removing any dead edges. Cut in half.
Wash and dry thoroughly the potatoes
Mix all the following ingredients in a bowl
Cook the sausage until cooked through
Preheat the over to 375*
Put the potatoes and Brussels sprouts on a sheet pan and mix all the ingredients together. Be sure to put in a single layer
Bake until the sprouts and potatoes are crispy and tender (about 25 mins)
