Air Fryer Chicken Wings Recipe
Traderjolene’s tropical chicken wings. There are great for Super Bowl!
- For the Wings
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- For the Sauce
- 12 oz pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons red chili flakes
- 1/4 cup Sriracha Ketchup
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 4 garlic @dorotgardens cubes
- 3 ginger @dorotgardens cubes
Cook this in a saucepan for 30 mins on medium heat

To prep the wings: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and then sprinkle with the seasoning mixture, tossing evenly to coat.
Arrange wings in the air fryer, leaving a little space between each wing. 400 degrees for 10 mins, then flip the wings and do 10 mins on the other side. Sprinkle hot wings with salt.
Transfer wings to a large plate Add the sauce & coat wings. Transfer to a platter and serve immediately!
