Sheet Pan Meal With Brussels Sprouts & Potatoes

This @nytcooking Sheet Pan Recipe is!! Super Easy, one pan meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Stalk or Large Bag/Bunch of Fresh Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 lb Spicy Italian Sausage
  • 1 Big mixed potatoes purple, red, white (small round)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Trader Joes Ground Fermented Garlic also located in the produce section of any specialty supermarket
  • 2 Tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • Balsamic Glaze for the drizzle at the end

Instructions
 

  • Peel and trim the Brussels sprouts, removing any dead edges. Cut in half.
  • Wash and dry thoroughly the potatoes
  • Mix all the following ingredients in a bowl
  • Cook the sausage until cooked through
  • Preheat the over to 375*
  • Put the potatoes and Brussels sprouts on a sheet pan and mix all the ingredients together. Be sure to put in a single layer
  • Bake until the sprouts and potatoes are crispy and tender (about 25 mins)
